• Services are intended for students and their parents/guardians/teachers.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf.

• ScaleUp Grades provides online tuition, study resources, assessments, and related support.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate details during registration.
• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login details.
• Ensure that students attend classes on time and follow tutor instructions.

You agree not to:

• Share or distribute class recordings, study materials, or login credentials without permission.
• Misuse chat, email, or other communication features for spamming or offensive behavior.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts classes or harms other users.

• Fees are payable as per the plan/package selected.
• Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• We do not store card or banking details.
• Access to classes may be suspended for non-payment.

• Class reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the plan's refund policy.
• Pro-rata refunds may be offered for long-term packages in special cases.

• All course content, study material, and resources are the property of ScaleUp Grades or our tutors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• We strive to provide high-quality tuition but do not guarantee specific grade improvements.
• ScaleUp Grades is not liable for technical interruptions, internet issues, or device failures on the user's side.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these terms.
• Payments are not made on time.
• Misuse, abusive behavior, or academic dishonesty is detected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
